Refund & Cancellation

1. Voucher Refunds

Once a voucher (Hourly, Daily, or Weekly) has been activated and data has been consumed, no refunds will be issued unless there is a documented network failure on our end.

2. Monthly Passes

Cancellations for 30-day passes must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. A processing fee may apply via Paystack.

3. Technical Issues

If you cannot connect due to a technical fault in our infrastructure, please contact support@populargamers.co.za for a voucher replacement or credit.
